1. The hotel has a shuttle service that goes to the Disney parks and Universal studios which was always really prompt and drivers friendy.

6. friends who have stayed inside Disney at the Swan or the Disney hotels complained about how long they had to wait for the Disney buses during holiday periods and how difficult it was to get strollers on to the buses unless they stayed in the very expensive Grand Floridian, Contemporary or Polynesian to get right on the monorail to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot.
