3. positives:Very clean, great water pressure, towels are soft and plenty, the pools were very nice (recommend the smaller pool which has less children after 5 pm), mattresses were comfortable, tv's new, whirlpool tub was very large and worked well.

5. The room we were allocated was in building 7 on the ground floor, I was really disappointed with the room as it was so gloomy due to the position on the side of the building and the shrubbery growing around it seemed to be blocking out the natural light.
