1. The cleanliness was first class, the recreation centre was organised with variety of activities and the staff were helpful from start to finish.

I was looking to extend my stay but change hotels because of the cleanliness issues (I found other things like dirt caked into the area around the bathroom light switch) but since at that point my room had been cleaned while I watched, I asked to stay 2 more nights at a very reduced rate since I put up with the issues and they did give me that.
