8. Had to use maintainance a couple of times due to a problem with the toilet flush and also a problem with the (free) wifi router - both times the issue was fixed within 15 mins and the staff again were really friendly and professional.

9. The only perk- the Prime outlet mall is just a 2 minutes walk away (don't forget to print your VIP book free coupon from the web before you go.
