1. Someone was up immediately with a vacuum to help us get up the broken glass, and after they left we got a follow up phone call from the front desk asking us if everything had been taken care of.

7. A few phone calls and waiting for about an hour to have housekeeping come to my room while I was in it and the issues were taken care of but that was on what was supposed to be the last night of my stay.
