We had a horribly rude front desk person who wasin the process of arguing with other guests when we arrived, room keys that constantly didn't work and then couldn't find anyone to help us as the front desk staff disappeared more often than not, roaches in the room, water under the bathroom sink leaked into a huge pan and that then leaked to the room beneath us.
