1. And it gets better; We booked online through their site and still to this very moment (even after the Reservations Dept called us back to confirm we had no reservation) the site says we have a CONFIRMED reservation.

2. Everything is cramped in the French Quarter, as is this hotel, bathrooms need to be remodeled, but were clean enough, rooms were better than expected.

5. I stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and it was in much better condition and the service was far superior to what it is now.

7. Not sure if he wasn't allowed in his wife by his better half, or if he had the same problem as we did and just went sleep outside the room thinking it would be warmer out in the hall.

10. Check out Cafe Beignet, which has better beignets than Cafe du Monde and is just around the corner from the hotel.
