1. Don't even try speaking with the hotel when your reservation isn't there because they will just interrupt you and provide no help whatsoever.

2. The hotel did not have internet (wi-fi or a computer in the lobby) so I had to ask the desk clerk to print out some schedules and he was very helpful in doing that.

6. As for the staff, there was one woman at the front desk who was very knowledgeable and helpful (I apologize, I don't remember her name) but the rest of the front desk staff seemed uninterested or incompetent.
