3. I can understand normal wear and tear but the carpet, bed skirt and room in general, was just plan dirty.

4. We talked with the front desk supervisor who wrote this all down for housekeeping to give the next day and left the housekeeper a generous tip hoping it would help(who was we kidding) still everything in the same spot when we returned later that afternoon.

10. We had problems getting housekeeping to come clean our room, but I don`t necessarily think this is a problem with the hotel and more an overarching problem with New Orleans in general right now -- everywhere you go, restaurants, hotels, everywhere -- is understaffed.
