1. It wasn't a big deal though, I called and they send a maid up and it was all taken care of very quickly.

2. Yes, it can be a bit noisy during the day, but who cares? What I loved the most is that while you're sitting in the courtyard you can't hear any of the hustle and bustle of the street.
