3. You don't get room service or elevators or plush (loud?) carpeting and chandeliers with an Inn such as this, but if you like all that, you better check into the Sheraton or Marriott or the like.

5. I found it bouncy and so was concerned I'd wake with a back ache like I often do when away from home, but we slept better than babies and woke well rested and w/o pain.
