1. 4) Why should ANY customer be subjected to this kind of undue distress on her 40th birthday, and at the beginning of a holiday, no less? The reason for why we were bumped is obvious.

5. No worries, we ordered a bottle of champagne to the room for like 40 bucks (reasonably priced I thought for most part) and it got there in almost 10 minutes (and chilled).

6. I might add that the issue of an un-vented bathroom is an issue for reasons other than simply trying to de-steam the bathroom if you get my meaning.
