5. The shower controls are impossible are near impossible to figure out, two different knobs that work differently depending on how far you turn them (careful not to scald yourself).

8. While I (with my toothbrush and hairbrush didn't mind that much, the two women I was travelling with didn't care for that at all with no place to put makeup bags, and all the stuff women carry with them.

Further, our daughter had a balloon animal made during one of the events, a large alligator, and the staff at the luggage desk took extra care of him to ensure that he was still in one piece when we came back - instead of putting him in the back room with the rest of the luggage they kept him at the desk with them so they could keep their eyes on him and make sure he didn't get popped.
