3. We ate in Domenica's for happy Hour and had great pizza (the food is good and the happy hour prices are good so definately keep it in mind for a cheap meal).

4. I did call ahead to let them know about special occasions we had, and was extremely pleased with the champagne and strawberries we received for our anniversary and the happy birthday cake my friend received.

Stroll through the main corridors and check out the impressive chandeliers, marble and tile work, the exquisite female statue w/ pendulum clock in the lobby, The Sazerac Lounge with its politically incorrect happy-slave murals, and the Domenica's 3-6pm happy hour (the best in town), featuring stellar food by renowned chef, John Besh.

9. One extra nice touch was a little package of pralines and a note saying happy mardi gras and thanking us for staying at the Roosevelt, we loved that.

10. In sum, I would be happy to attend a conference at the Roosevelt hotel again, but next time I will likely book a room at the nearby Ritz Carleton.
