1. Internet costs 12-14 dollars a day, no coffee or snacks in the lobby, parking is extra, air conditioning was not responsive and the water temperature was erratic (freeze or fry) and continually had to be adjusted.

8. We love Kimpton Group Hotels, but don't recommend risking your belongings at this hotel, especially with the lack of concern and no response from management.
