3. The exception was the bell staff who remained extremely helpful and courteous throughout my 4-day and the wonderful woman on the 17th floor who managed the evening hors d'oeuvres.

7. (except for the woman at Cemetery #3 - she yelled at our group and the tour guide just for visiting the cemetery - not that friendly) The city is exciting and alive and it really comes to life at night, especially on Bourbon St.
