Now they did not go wrong for us, but we noticed at the Olivier House how gracious staff were to: the 20 something young lady who 'over did' things and was fetched some Pepto Bismol, to the large Latino family looking for appropriate activities who received their information in perfect Spanish, and to endless numbers of people calling with a zillion questions about the city.
