3. If you require a brand new, ultra clean & shiny, cookie cutter hotel with a starbucks in it then I recommend you stay at one of the big hotel chains on Canal St.

9. However it is not clean, One member of the staff is super unprofessional, I don't want to hear her life stories about her illness and her inability to do anything and how tired she is, what am I supposed to say? Don't tell me the a/c is fixed when clearly it is not.
