1. Construction begins at 7 and does not end until 4 and if you plan to spend time during the day in the room you will not be happy.

8. That said, I also noticed plenty of couples, older groups, and families in the lift/lobby, so it could just be a case of if that happened and you weren't happy, that you switched floors.
