1. We also failed to get maid service one day which wasn't a huge deal except that we needed towels.

4. It has been a few weeks since I read all the reviews deciding if we would stay here or not, and it seems that whatever the negatives that came up in some of those reviews did not come up during our stay (except the Bourbon Street issue.

5. There was no view and only filtered light, but was very quiet except for occasional noise from the hallway when guests were coming in and out of rooms.

6. The hotel itself was very pleasant to stay in and the amenities, such as the pool and room service, were exceptional as well.

7. Service here is mediocre at best with the exception of the Valet and Bell hop and another gentleman behind the desk.

8. Ceiling were high, bathroom was spacious and clean, the view from my balcony was exceptional it faced the pool and courtyard.
