4. Its cheaper than other hotels because its not in French quarter but its right across the street from French quarters and probably within 10 minutes walking distance from all the attractions.

9. why is it that the more a hotel charges to stay, the cheaper they get? i did get a chance to check out the pool, (not planning to swim - just wanted to see how nice it was), it wasn't nice at all, seems like it doesn't see much sun, very small, and very insulated.
