POSITIVES: - the hotel was unbelievably accomodating from the very start; The reservations specialist, Beth, was kind, considerate and helpful in ensuring the details of our stay were accurate and that we were getting the best possible nightly rate; Since this was our first trip with our infant son, it was so very kind of the hotel to allow us to check in early, right after we arrived from the airport mid-morning.
