The only good things I can say for it are (1) I did not notice any bugs in my room (and I'm paranoid and looked the minute we got in the room) (2) there were plenty of taxis waiting there Saturday evening and it was a short/inexpensive ride to Broadway from there (like, under ten bucks) (3) I kind of liked the cheesy would-be-retro pond out front and (4) the breakfast was okay, even though it closed early and the room was in similar depressing disrepair .

3. Easy walk to the stadium - and no, I wouldn't want to be walking alone at night - it's an industrial area, not a tourist one - but it's certainly close enough to downtown that taking a cab wouldn't cost much (and we saw plenty of them lined up out front).
