As of Feb 2012 they were renovating and perhaps we received a wonderful renovated room with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and hairdryer, but also, the desk staff were helpful, the hot continental breakfast was well above average, all rooms have a great view and the location of this hotel is an excellent value - a scenic15 minute walk across the river to all the downtown attractions.
