1. The room was good, beds very comfy, everywhere including bathroom very clean.

5. Semi-new carpet, curtains, modern lighting, and updated sprinkler system make the room good for the price.

The only good things I can say for it are (1) I did not notice any bugs in my room (and I'm paranoid and looked the minute we got in the room) (2) there were plenty of taxis waiting there Saturday evening and it was a short/inexpensive ride to Broadway from there (like, under ten bucks) (3) I kind of liked the cheesy would-be-retro pond out front and (4) the breakfast was okay, even though it closed early and the room was in similar depressing disrepair .
