1. days inn should send out inspectors to keep dumps like this one from ruining their franchise name and reputation.

2. desk manager looked and smelled like he pulled his attire out of the hamper, when i got to my room i discovered that the air conditioner didn't work and looked like it hadn't in years.

7. The only good things I can say for it are (1) I did not notice any bugs in my room (and I'm paranoid and looked the minute we got in the room) (2) there were plenty of taxis waiting there Saturday evening and it was a short/inexpensive ride to Broadway from there (like, under ten bucks) (3) I kind of liked the cheesy would-be-retro pond out front and (4) the breakfast was okay, even though it closed early and the room was in similar depressing disrepair .

8. The bathroom was ancient with a really weird bathtub that I could barely get into it was so high up and the floor was slanted 'mushy' in parts, like, the support material underneath had gone soft or something??? The hall way was creepy like a horror movie and the neighborhood didn't seem great (though, I'm not from there and I didn't see any crimes committed - Thank God - but I wouldn't have chosen to walk the mile down-town from there even on a nice day.
