1. I'll start off with the positives: I had VIP status and received two baskets when I checked in.

3. The hotel is very large as people say but you are given a map of the hotel with your room number and position on when you check in so as long as you keep this you should not have a problem.

5. Even though we didn't have a completely positive experience, the Gaylord Opryland is clean, has a variety of restaurants and services available, and lots to see as you walk the gigantic property.
