5. The hotel seemed to be having a hard time keeping up with the number of people staying there as we couldn't find a place to eat that didn't have a considerable (90 minute+) wait except for counter service restaurants.

8. The hotel staff, the food and choices of restaurants etc, the sleeping accomodations, cleanliness of the hotel, the room, restaurants and even the grounds were absolutely exceptional.

9. Everything was wonderful except having to speak with the call center on a few occasions they have the worst attitudes and customer service if you have a problem just go to the front desk because it may be a walk down there but save yourself from having to deal with rude and uncaring people.
