1. The location was wonderful and close to the concert hall, the Country Music Museum and great shops, cafes, restaurants, and other popular attractions.

Is it too much to assume that security would walk the halls of each floor once or twice a night to ensure guests are safe?I've got one more stay booked at this property in March -- hopefully hotel management will take some proactive steps to improve the situation and ensure that this beautiful property in a wonderful location does not deteriorate an further.

3. The staff was very accommodating, the room was wonderful with all the amenities and a great mattress/bedding, the atmosphere of the place is spacious and yet cozy, with lots of little nooks to eat/visit in (decor is 'charmingly-quirky-stuck-in-the-70s-on-purpose'), and the location within Nashville is perfect.
