4. beautiful hotel stayed for 2 nights with family only complaint is the windows are not double glazed so is you are on the broadway side of the hotel it's country music till 2am.

Is it too much to assume that security would walk the halls of each floor once or twice a night to ensure guests are safe?I've got one more stay booked at this property in March -- hopefully hotel management will take some proactive steps to improve the situation and ensure that this beautiful property in a wonderful location does not deteriorate an further.
