1. From the ease of getting to it off I-94 (about 2 minutes - on a Friday eve no less) to the convenient self parking ($15/day but very reasonable by bif city standards) to walking out of the hotel onto the Riverwalk - it was all good.

2. I was not impressed with the staff either, the manager checked me in and was not very friendly - the only reason I gave this hotel a 2 instead of a 1 was because the guy working at the desk the morning I checked out was really nice.
