4. Attending a conference in downtown Milwaukee with spouse, I wanted to find something at a better rate than the conference offering AND have a place to relax and cook a meal or two rather than having to eat out every day for 4 days.

5. Grand Avenue used to have a better selection of stores; now, it's basically the anchor stores of TJ Maxx and Boston Store, with a food court in between.
