1. I told him I was not pleased with what or how the bartender handled the situation in the manner she did making a scene.

3. Arriving after midnight into Miami Airport I wasn't too pleased to discover that the hotel only sends a shuttle tot he airport every half hour.

7. The only concern I had when I entered was the security because we entered the side entrance it appeared that anybody could just stroll in and get the lift as they pleased, how wrong I was.

9. We spent a night here due to an airline travel voucher, and were very pleased with the accommodations and customer service we received.

10. please beware there is very little in the way of commerce such as open later eateries or stores within walking distance other than in the hotel.
