4. GOOD- Free wifi in lobby {good enough to make a skype call}- The front desk staff were greeted with a pontoon of people waiting to check-in and handled it with grace and care.

But best to the last -the staff were quite outstanding-every contact I had was well handled by friendly smiling people-Gina in the exec lounge-Martha on the front desk-Simone in the restaurant took great care to find vegetarian options for my colleague and Raul on the Concierge desk was very helpful and knowledgable-even found me iced wated when I said I was hot after the gym-outstanding.

6. They certainly care more than the bell captain or front of house staff but if the hotel continues to deliver such appalling service they won't have too many rooms to tidy up in future.
