4. I would not stay here again due to the way I was treated by the Bartender although the hotel is nice and the front desk staff at check in was great.

6. Had my car broken into and a suitcase stolen while parked in their guest lot, but the hotel staff and management handled it as well as they could (the fault was with the parking lot management company) Barring that, it's a great hotel and I'm glad my travel agent picked it for us.

7. Only negative is the incense smell in the lobby from the adjacent mall - was hoping the Miami Merchandise Mart would be good shopping - pretty disappointed to find out it is mostly cosmetic jewelry and purses (got a great purse but was hoping for 'more').
