7. We were welcomed as HHguests with cookies through a very fast check in and we were given a room on the executive floor: excellent plus, since I used internet (and the printer) that night, which helped me a lot with a pending reservation I had to deal with.

10. )Some of the staff is nice and courteous, some have very bad manners, especially at the front desk and the shuttle drivers, these drivers drive like maniacs, feels like your in the fast and the furious movie.
