4. The Brazilian front desk manager (unfortunately I've forgotten her name) was incredibly welcoming and treated me with the utmost respect, despite the fact that my room rate was deeply discounted through Priceline.

5. The Front Desk Agent profusely thanked me for my loyalty as a Hyatt Diamond Level Gold Passport Member, and he quickly offered me my choice of Diamond welcome Amenity -- I chose a nice bottle of the Canvas Merlot along with the 'Free Drink' option.
