4. 00 but I found the valet guys to be friendly and helpful, and although they told us call 15 minutes ahead, I would actually call 30 minutes ahead and always found my car to be waiting for me.

5. The staff is great and friendly, and the gentleman at the front desk even remembered speaking to us when the reservation was made, and even provided an upgrade to a higher floor with a view of the miami river.
