1. which is disapointing but hey its the people who i dealt with that were not nice (security especially), the receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful but she couldnt do much to find my stuff.

4. 00 but I found the valet guys to be friendly and helpful, and although they told us call 15 minutes ahead, I would actually call 30 minutes ahead and always found my car to be waiting for me.
