3. Just one point to note - despite the GM's assurances/feedback in a response to another review (23rd Jan '12) a sign on the concierge desk clearly states valet parking at $15 with NO in/out.

7. I have been trying to get i contact about missing Starwood points for spending thousands of dollars at this hotel and I have had no response despite a number of reminders with false promises of 'looking into it'.
