1. When I brought few concerns to customer relations (including the $15 parking fee 'downer') , I was surprised how fast the local managemnt responded to my concerns,especially the front office manager Nicole Carmenate.

3. i stayed for a week at the hotel , i enjoyed the break fast and friendly stuff ,the greeted us with a great smile and excellent service , i like to hight light the flowing stuff , F rocha , polanco , melisa lopes and boston.

8. I had trouble getting connected to the wireless internet - when I tried to call downstairs, using the 'guest services' button on the phone, the dialing is by pulse (vs by tone) then goes to a fast busy.

9. Departure: As fast and efficient as one can imagine, tram was waiting when we arrived at the doors to take us on our way and the bellman was nice enough to offer us water or jiuce for our journey to the airport.
