2. Above average, and above the line of duties, the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, in particular Juan at the front desk , who help me at 3 am to get myself settle after a hard evening and a canceled flight at the Miami International.

Often stay there for business travel - Great surroundings and really comfortable rooms with great views of golf course - Conveniently close to the airport and car rental center - Super friendly helpful receptionists - Specially commend Geo and Gustavo at the porter's desk who always seem to be two steps ahead of the game - Great value.
