7. Special thanks to Alain who took care of small details for us, such as explaining to taxi drivers where we wanted to go, or providing us with pool towels, watch our luggage etc.

9. we recommend this hotel as one of the greatest of Miami because Victor Manuel Calderon treated us and make us feel special with the way he treated us, he was very professional on the way he served our drinks and the way he took care of our service the whole night, we really felt very happy and recommend the hotel to all of our friends, because of one of your employees that makes the difference as Victor Manuel Calderon we are very amazed and will come back very soon.
