4. positives: The lobby is beautiful, check in easy, staff very friendly and accomodating, great gym, clean and big rooms & bathroom, plasma TV with great channels, comfortable beds, reasonably good views even with city view rooms, fast wi-fi internet, 24hrs coin operated laundry, convenient shops on the premises (barber, mini-market, bar etc).

6. Arrival and check-in was a positive experience as was the room appearance and the hotel did upgrade our rooms to bay view rooms as opposed to the city view rooms normally given for reward stays.
