1. When we got to room 3644, I was blown away, (Marble Floors, Full Kitchen, two balconies, washer/dryer Bay View and Pool View from way high up, View was of all downtown and the new Marlins Ballpark could be seen.

3. After the 2nd time asking if our room was ready and a new shift or girls came on our room keys were sitting there on the side of the counter the whole time.

4. We took a red eye flight and check-in WAY early which new check-in was not until 3:00pm and the front desk ladies told us they would probably have a room early and will let us know when its availible.

7. suite is why I stayed here instead of marriott), she said we have a couch in our room and why do we need a rollaway bed in the new room assigned (4 grown men not looking to spoon).
