1. The machines were rusting through because they weren't wiped down and the salt in the sweat would cause the rust - clear sign that the machines aren't taken care of.

4. The breakfast coupons were kinda goofy one day we got 8 dollars each the next 7 dollars and the last day 6 dollars we really didnt care as the food was good at the deli and the restaurant so a couple of bucks one way or the other was 'Non Importante.

5. They had some minor maintenance problems (elevator to pool was out of commission, air in our room died, etc) but they took care of us and this is a gorgeous place.

7. Jessica Tiffany Marly Alissa and also , not as involved with me but did some guest care ,Danny helped me every single time I needed something from cookies, to a cab, to directions,etc/.

So thankfully along came Doubletree,I was referred to Doubletree as a nice hotel where I was promptly put on the phone with Tiffany, who gave me absolutly perfect guest service and was so helpful words cannot describe how much she helped me decide to stay in this hotel because of her kindness and guest care.
