1. Police report filed, however the hotel has not claimed any responsibility at all for the incident - to the point that they have not even COMPED one free room.

2. One employee was responsible for checking in a line about 10-20 people long, directing housekeeping staff via walkie-talkie, accepting deliveries from vendors, answering the switchboard phone, answering questions from current guests walking up to the counter, and booking day tours.

But what really impressed me with this hotel was the response that I received after I did a online survey giving my overall experience and recommendations:'First and foremost please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you received during your stay, and for not receiving the proper services you surely deserve.

4. However at checkout a guest came to the lobby to report his car had been broken into overnight with items stolen, he requested the staff called 911, and was very frustrated with their slow response.
