1. The front desk staff was courteous and pleasant, which was a welcome reprieve at 11:30pm at night, and even with the crowds, our check in moved quickly.

9. Hotel staff was mostly pleasant, but there was one gentleman that we dealt with (manager?) that was abrupt and pushy that we did not like dealing with when we purchased our ride from the Port of Miami to the airport at the end of our cruise.

10. As ridiculous as this sounds (hotel management, please give this girl a break), the employee performing these tasks (Ana I believe) could not have been more pleasant, professional, courteous and accomodating.
