' It wasn't that my hotel stay was horrible and the few complaints I had were about simple things but the fact that they took my survey and my comments to such an extent that they refunded 10% off my room rate back to me really
impressed
me to an extent that I would stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Miami for a cruise.

impressed
me with this hotel was the response that I received after I did a online survey giving my overall experience and recommendations:'First and foremost please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you received during your stay, and for not receiving the proper services you surely deserve.

I don't know if this is typical of all La Quinta Inns but I was very

by this level of service and will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

ion that hotel management does not like when rooms are ordered through Travel agency management said don't blame us for you misery - blame Travel agency as this is what was ordered.
