4. So, the room was clean, the extra charges for things like internet were astronomical, and the staff should all be fired.

5. I travel frequently, I always check details like this so I don't have problems, and to be told that their staff couldn't have made a mistake (especially after the fiasco trying to catch the shuttle) was insulting.

6. I've stayed in many hotels and I actually thought WIFI was either free or automatic in your room package; not the case at this hotel because we paid something like $9.

8. This hoel in incredible very close to the airport and not tha far from south beach like a twenty dollar cab rid e literally.
